Concierge Nutrition Service
The concierge nutrition service is a monthly subscription which allows you to receive additional support between sessions.
This service can assist with implementing dietary and lifestyle changes, trouble shooting of day-to-day challenges and additional support to help with reaching your health goals.
What’s Included:
- Instant Messaging: Instantly engage via WhatsApp Messenger and receive prompt replies.
- Q&A Access: You can send up to 5 questions a week and you will receive a reply within 24 hours between the hours of 8am and 6pm on normal business days.
- Dining Out Guidance: Wishing to stay on track with your dietary goals at an upcoming event or struggling to make healthy choices dining out? Snap a photo of the menu in advance of the occasion, and you will be guided in making the best choice.
- Product Guidance: Need help sifting through packaged options on supermarket aisles? Snap a photo and be guided on the suitability of the product.
- Nutrient Tracking Guidance: Needing help getting started with digital food tracking or wanting to make sure your macronutrient and/or micronutrient targets are in-check, if already maintaining digital food logs? Get in touch for personalised feedback.
- Meal Plate Guidance: Want to make sure your meals are on track? Snap a photo of your meal plate to be guided on your food choices.
- Recipe Guidance: Need ideas for meals or feedback on recipes? Request recipe inspiration or guidance on the suitability of a recipe of interest.
- Foodtography: Feeling proud of your meal prepping efforts, chef-like skills and wish to share the meal(s) you’ve created? Snap a photo to receive appreciation for your creative efforts. Requests may be made to post your inspiring photos on social media.
- Motivational Tips: Need motivational help? Be inspired to stay on track with intermittently shared motivational tips to help you stay accountable to your health goals.
You can purchase this service once a month but it must be in addition to scheduling a follow up consultation. Medicare or Private Health Rebates are not available for subscription services. It is considered an add-on service and therefore attracts an out-of-pocket cost. Prices are per person and four weeks’ notice is required if you wish to cancel this subscription..
